Does Primark deliver? Not yet, but your shopping can
Primark does not deliver to homes. Its own help page says “We do not offer any delivery or shipping of our products.” Delivery has been announced for Great Britain, but with no date. You can still get a Primark order to your door, and the easiest way is someone local who collects it from your store.

Three ways to get it home
Only the first brings it to your door. The second saves the hunt for stock, and the third is worth watching.
Someone local
A local helper goes to the store with your list, sizes and all, and brings it round. Taskerama says offers usually arrive within a few hours, and you choose the day. You see the price before you agree. Find someone on Taskerama.
Click & Collect
In England, Scotland and Wales you can order clothes and some home items online and collect them in store, with a £10 minimum spend. It saves the hunt for stock, but not the trip.
Watch for delivery
Home delivery for Great Britain was announced on 10 September 2026, with no start date. Until it starts, nothing comes to the door.
What has been announced
On 10 September 2026 ABF, which owns Primark, said that Primark “will in the future offer home delivery in Great Britain”. It gave no date, and Great Britain does not include Northern Ireland. Until then, Primark says it does not offer any delivery or shipping. We will update these pages when that changes.
Find your Primark
We have a page for 189 Primark stores. Each one shows the neighbourhoods around it, how far they are, and who can bring your shopping round.
Handily placed stores
These stores sit right in the middle of things, with plenty of homes around them.
