How to get Primark shopping delivered
Primark does not deliver to homes yet, so here are the ways people get it home instead, starting with the one that comes to your door.
The three ways, in order
Ask someone local
This is the one that comes to your door. Someone nearby goes to your Primark with your list, finds what you asked for and drops it round. Write each item down with its size and colour, and say what would do instead if your size has gone. A picture or the product name from the Primark website helps.
Taskerama says offers usually arrive within a few hours, and you choose a day that suits you. You see the price before you agree to anything. Taskerama is a good place to find someone.
Click & Collect
In England, Scotland and Wales, you can order women’s, men’s and kids’ clothes and some home items on the Primark website and collect them in store. There is a £10 minimum spend, and an order waits for 7 days. Its help pages do not list it in Northern Ireland.
Watch for delivery
On 10 September 2026 ABF, which owns Primark, said that Primark “will in the future offer home delivery in Great Britain”. It gave no date, and Great Britain does not include Northern Ireland. Until then, nothing is sent out.
Which one should you pick?
Need a few things this week? Ask someone local. A pack of socks or a couple of tops is still worth posting.
After something only the bigger stores carry? Some of those lines are on Click & Collect, so you can order it to your nearest store.
Kitting out the kids for a new term? Write the list by child, with ages and sizes, and ask someone local to collect the lot in one trip.
Waiting for Primark to deliver? It has been announced for Great Britain, but there is no date yet. Someone local is the nearest thing to it now.
A few things worth knowing
Popular sizes sell out. Put a second choice on your list, or ask whoever collects to send a photo of the rail.
Returns are yours to arrange. Ask for the receipt with the bags, and keep the labels on until you are sure.
Primark’s Click & Collect terms speak of an order being collected by “you or your nominated representative”, but they do not say how to name one, so ask Primark before you send someone else for a Click & Collect order.
If you are arranging it for someone else, put their phone number on the job. It saves a lot of bother at the door.
